According to Tim Lynch of Mile High Report, there is snow forecast in Denver for the first time this year during the Rams game vs. the Broncos this Sunday, with a gameday high forecast to be 31 degrees and a chance of snow in the morning. This could slim the seven point spread in favor of the Rams as the week wears on and weather forecasts are updated.
The middling Broncos need every advantage they can get against the powerful Rams offense, and the only chance they have to keep up seems to reside in their running game. Their feature back thus far this season, Royce Freeman, is in the top 5 in the league in rushing yards after first contact, and he’s going to have to be breaking many tackles indeed this Sunday against the Rams base 3-4 defense to give his squad a chance.
